Most software firms put a salesperson in front of you and a team you never meet behind them. FloAutomate is me. The person you brief is the person who designs it, builds it and answers when you need a change.
I work with owner-run businesses: decorators, pharmacies, dental practices, property firms. Businesses where the owner is the glue holding the admin together. My job is to take that weight off you with software that fits how you already work, not a subscription you bend yourself around.

How much does a project cost?

Every engagement is fixed-price and scoped on the 30-minute call, so you know the number before any work begins. Each service page sets out what is included at each price.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects ship in two to six weeks depending on complexity. Founder-led delivery means fewer handoffs and faster decisions, so you get to launch sooner. On the 30-minute call I scope out a realistic timeline for your project.
What technologies do you use?
Whatever gets you the outcome with the least to maintain: a system your team can use on a phone in a van, automations that run without anyone watching them, and AI only where it saves real time. Under the hood that is usually Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase for web apps, and a mix of n8n, Make and custom code for automations, but the choice is made per project rather than forced from a template.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Post-launch support starts from £99 a month so your system stays healthy as the business changes. Clients like Holland Decorating and Globe Chemist keep going with small improvements after the first build, so it is a working relationship rather than a hand-over and goodbye.

Where are you based, and do you work outside Southport?
I am based in Ainsdale, Southport, Merseyside, and work with owner-run businesses across the UK, from a home care company in Bolton to a decorating firm, a dental practice and a pharmacy. Calls and progress reviews happen on video, so distance is no barrier.
How is working with a solo founder different from an agency?
You get direct communication with no account managers or layers in between. The person who scopes your project is the same person who builds it: me. That means faster decisions, clearer accountability, and no detail lost in translation.
